Price promise

We believe that all our products offer excellent value for money and that our prices are among the lowest you will find either on the internet or in traditional retail outlets. If you find an item cheaper elsewhere then we will beat the price providing, in our opinion, the following conditions are met.

•The two items must be identical.
•The price must be inclusive of tax and any additional charges e.g. delivery.
•The item must be brand new and not reconditioned, end of line or returned stock.
•This must be the normal price of the item i.e. it isn’t in a sale or on special offer.
•You must provide sufficient information to enable us to verify the price ourselves e.g. website address.
•The alternative item must currently be available.
•Price promise only applies to goods available in Canada.

Please note that we reserve the right not to uphold the price promise if doing so would result in us making a loss from the sale.

**If an identical item is reduced in price within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund the price difference via a store credit. Floor clearance or discontinued items do not qualify.

Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Once you receive your furniture you have seven days to decide if you wish to return for a payment refund. Any returns AFTER seven days will be in the form of a store credit. 

A 15% restocking fee will apply to ALL furniture returned and MUST be returned to our Abbotsford warehouse and NOT the Fort Langley store.

Or please email or call the store if you need to make arrangements with our home delivery service. A return fee of $150 will be deducted (as well as the 15% restocking fee).  The initial delivery charge is not refundable. 


Strictly NO RETURNS any products that are ‘Discontinued’, ‘NO TAX’ SALE ITEMS or ‘Floor Clearance’.


A set rate of $150 per order will be deducted for a return using our 3rd party delivery service. If a customer is retuning themselves it MUST BE RETURNED (To Abbotsford warehouse) IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, ALONG WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. 

 If FREE DELIVERY was offered on initial delivery, then a further $150 will be charged.

A 15% restocking fee will apply to ALL FURNITURE RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS WHERE ORDERS HAVE BEEN STORED AT OUR WAREHOUSE.

Nonrefundable Fees

Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping and return pick up fees are your responsibility and are nonrefundable

Customers can also return items to our warehouse with no delivery charge, however the 15% restocking charges will still apply.

Please note that all items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Items which are not adequately packaged at time of collection may not be collected and a further delivery charge may be levied to cover cost of failed collection.

We also offer a ‘exchange’ for an alternative product of equal value if you prefer. Delivery charges may apply or free exchange from our warehouse.

If an item is purchased “at a distance”, our seven day guarantee allows you a closer inspection of the item first-hand, but also allows us to be able to re-sell the item as brand new if it is not what you require. If the item is not re-sellable as new when returned, we are unable to issue a refund. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of goods and after we have inspected them for damage.

Long distance returns are the customers responsibility and the initial delivery fee will be deducted from the refund. Must be returned in same condition as delivered.

IMPORTANT REGARDING SURFACE CRACKING.

As we use old salvaged and distressed timber, slight cracks may appear and these are not structural issues. They can be easily stained and we recommend using any ‘ebony’ wood stain to disguise any white timber that shows. This is available at any Home Depot type store.

These cracks are NOT classed as faults or defects and refunds or exchanges will not be given due to any surface cracking or imperfections.

Damaged or faulty Items

All of our items are shipped using a specialist courier or a furniture delivery company. When the item is delivered you will be asked to sign for the delivery. DO NOT SIGN UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED FOR TRANSIT DAMAGE. IF DAMAGE HAS OCCURRED, PLEASE WRITE THIS ON THE DRIVERS DELIVERY NOTE AND FORWARD PHOTOS IMMEDIATELY.

Please ensure that you inspect the item thoroughly before signing. If for any reason, you do not wish to accept the delivery, return immediately with the driver and a replacement will be arranged by contacting the Fort Langley store with no additional delivery charge.

If you sign for an item and subsequently discover that it is damaged or incorrect, we are not liable for any new delivery/collection charges. Any product replacement delivery costs are paid by the customer. Alternatively the product can be returned by the customer themselves and pick up a replacement at our warehouse.

With regards delivery dates, if the item is not in stock, we may not be able to meet the original promised delivery time with the replacement and are not liable for this.

Please note: customers must supply clear digital images of any damage prior to a replacement being issued.
